I had a really great maternity boudoir session with a really beautiful woman C, who is expecting her fourth and final baby in only four weeks. Doesn't she look AMAZING! She still had ankle bones and everything, and not a stretch mark anywhere.

All the best to you C, as you prepare for your bundle. I wonder who is in there? Will baby be a boy or a girl?

Hello beautiful!

I am looking for 1-2 of my past clients to help me. If you are interested, please shoot me off an email.

I need to shoot you (LOL) on on Saturday or Sunday afternoon in May or June, all I would require you is to pay for your hair and make up. Your mini session would be free. It will be first come, first served. Date will be picked as soon as I have two lovely ladies to help me. A couple of hours max.

Today I had some playtime with my new Camera! I am in LOVE!  I cannot wait to use it tomorrow for my sessions!

Well, we had one lovely day of warm sunshine. And now, with the Easter long weekend we have clouds, and rain forecast for the next four days. Oh well, it is OK! 

I have two fun boudoir sessions on Saturday! Good enough! The smiles and laughter will keep it bright and cheery. And I cannot wait to see what my clients have picked for their wardrobe! 

I am thinking raincoats are so much fun!

Just Because - My UN-Birthday | Boudoir by Cathy Empey, Langley B.C.

It is my sister's birthday today. Tomorrow it in my Mom's birthday. Growing up, there were only three birthday dates to celebrate, even though there were five in our family. Huh? you ask? Well, today, it my little sister Amy's UN birthday, and mine too (and my Dad's too!)  You see, when we were growing up. My Dad, Amy and I shared a birthday in October (well we still do!) and so every time April had her birthday we would get a little gift for our UN-Birthday. Because she would get a gift on her UN-birthday when the three birthday peeps would celebrate.  She felt a little left out! 

So today April, I am celebrating YOU. I hope you are having a fabulous day today! I know I am having a great UN-birthday...My wish is that this year will be one of your best years yet! AND MANY MORE! 

Happy Birthday Sister. I am so glad you are my beautiful sister, and always a beautiful gift in my life.

Laughter is the best medicine isn't it! 

This afternoon, I had two more beauties into the boudoir for a double session. The cool thing was that one was my sister A, and her friend/my friend L. We had a great time 'bringing their sexy back!'

You both rock, and thank you to Amanda (L's cousin) for doing their make up! I even straightened my sister's hair! Woo!

Love you both! We had sooo many laughs, and more importantly sexy boudoir photos for your husbands!

Yesterday, I had an long time friend T to my studio for some headshots for her new job as a mortgage broker. So, she asked me and I couldn't resist.  When we first met, I only had two kids, and she sold us our very first house out in the valley. By the time number three was born, we we worked together in a very fun place. I was fond of working with her. She made me laugh, and she shared her beauty secrets, where to shop for work clothes and she had this incredible work ethic that I admired so very much. Love her. So T now has her new career, and I had the opportunity to take her photos. Funny how lifes paths weave like that. 

T, you are gorgeous as ever, and I wish you ALL of the best as you start your new career. If you need a mortgage, I can pass on her information to you. She rocks!
